I have read the above terms and conditions off the agreement. By signing this agreement I understand and accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Provision for two photographers should be arranged for at the reception, unless otherwise stated.
- At least an hour should be allowed for location/creative shooting between the ceremony and reception.
- Traveling costs @ R2.50/km after the first 100km from photographers house (which is free)
- Deposit of 50% required upon agreement of services requested by couple.
- Balance to be paid on the day of the event.
- We regret – no cheques will be accepted.
- Packages are fully customisable to suit your individual needs and will be quoted for accordingly.
- All images of photographer’s selection of photographs taken on the day, fully edited and limited black and white, sepia and some with artistic effects will be used in the Photo Book.
- The photographer reserves the right to use any photographs from the wedding in any exhibition or promotion material without being required to obtain permission to do so from the persons and their families.
- In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the wedding, every possible effort will be made to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur, and a suitable replacement photographer is not found, responsibility and liability of the photographer is limited to the return of all payments received for the wedding package.
